CIA Releases Thousands of TOP-Secret UFO Files

 Government Denial, yet Investigations Conducted For Decades

Whether or not we believe in UFOs wholeheartedly or remain somewhat skeptical they continue to be a fascinating topic. The issue is not do they exist, they do. The question is are they of earthly  or extraterrestrial origin. 

The CIA just declassified a treasure trove of documents related to the UFO phenomenon, covering official government investigations of not only the U.S. but Germany and possibly other countries, covering investigations going back to the early 20th century. 
I have not reviewed all the documents, but I see that some have a tone that implies UFO's are most likely mass hypnosis and not due to genuine extraterrestrial craft, per one early German report

That being said, the following statement from a CIA publication discussing the UFO phenomenon is quite revealing.

The CIA said:

“We’ve decided to highlight a few documents both skeptics and believers will find interesting.” One report says: “Less than 100 reasonably credible reports remains ‘unexplainable’ at this time. It is recommended that CIA surveillance is continued. “It is strongly urged, however, that no reports of CIA interest or concern reach the press or public." (Emphasis added)I took a moment to emphasize the key points in this quote. Here they are saying at least "100 reasonably credible reports remain ‘unexplainable,'" meaning were are genuine unidentified flying objects, or UFOs, found in the investigation, at least, 100.

It goes on to say, "It is recommended that CIA surveillance is continued," meaning investigation will continue if the recommendation is accepted.

Finally, it says, "It is strongly urged, however, that no reports of CIA interest or concern reach the press or public," meaning that they plan to continue a program of Official Government Denial of the UFO phenomenon, while in secret, continuing to investigate unexplainable sightings.

This policy of official denial yet secretive investigation was in place from at least a time period between 1940 and 1990, according to the below report.

I contend that the emergence of science fiction related content, which seemed to match what was being discovered in secret, according to several whistleblowers, is part of a multifaceted propaganda or obfuscation campaign to manage reality for the masses at a global level. In this way, real aspects of the UFO phenomena could be disclosed to the public in such a way as to hide the information in plain sight. This would abate the public's curiosity while providing government sponsored investigative teams the secrecy they need to continue technology recovery programs which helped propel advancement during the past century, according to some insiders.

Using this technique, the public would be exposed to content that is so similar to real UFOs in movies, TV and fiction, which it would associate unconsciously as fiction. Then an official program of denial and ridicule would lead most people to squash any genuine interest in the phenomenon for fear of social ostracization. And by all accounts, this reality management program has been widely successful.

One of the most glaringly obvious examples of this is the TV show X-Files, which came back on the air for a 10th season, earlier this week. In the first episode, a panoply of paranormal and fringe topics are discussed with dire seriousness, including the notion that the 1947 Roswell UFO crash provided technology to the government which enabled the development of incredibly advanced spacecraft.

Among the numerous documents found in the vast UFO archives of the Central Intelligence Agency, there are a number of sinister-looking images of mysterious unidentified flying objects and very detailed reports of sightings all around the planet.

Interestingly, in recent years, a number of governmental agencies have come out of the dark and disclosed a number of images and documents which directly imply that our civilization isn’t the only one in the known universe.

According to a report from the Federal Bureau of Investigations, our planet has even been visited by ‘beings’ that belong to another dimension.

The special agent of the FBI, a lieutenant colonel whose identity, remained anonymous because of “national security” gather numerous data on the UFO phenomena after interviewing and studying the phenomena for years.

According to reports and “Declassified” documents, we have been visited by numbers of extraterrestrial species, some of these, are not only from other planets but from other dimensions. Some of these beings originate from an ethereal plane coexistent with our physical universe. These “entities”, which could “materialize” on our planet appeared as giant translucent figures.

It seems that we have entered a new era where governmental agencies simply cannot suppress their studies and ‘classified’ document about Alien Life and the UFO phenomenon.

While we still approach some of these sightings and reports with a degree of skepticism, we have to admit that some of them are anything but ordinary and it will take an open mind to fully understand what the reports of the CIA and FBI are really describing.

One thing is sure, it is very unlikely that we are the only intelligent beings inhabiting the universe. But as the great Carl Sagan once said, “Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence,” and it might just be that these documents are in fact, the extraordinary pieces of evidence we have been waiting for since the first UFO’s in modern times were reported.

Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings has said that he is more afraid of “white men” than Syrian refugees. Despite his fear of whites, however, the mayor manages to get by living in a ritzy neighborhood that is more than 92 percent white and only 1 percent black.

The former CEO of Pizza Hut, Rawlings lives in the prestigious Preston Hollow neighborhood, which D Magazine described as “almost entirely lily white” as part of a feature piece titled “Why are the Best Neighborhoods in Dallas Still Segregated?”

Poor nations want U.S. to pay reparations for extreme weather

Poorer nations suffering from extreme weather disasters, so much so that their citizens are seeking refuge in safer terrains outside their borders, want rich nations like the United States to pay for reparations and to relocate populations.

Preparatory talks ahead of the United Nations Conference on Climate Change to be held in Paris in December has representatives from developing nations asking for more than an already agreed upon $100 billion per year for climate change mitigation measures. They want additional compensation for weather-related disasters as well as a "displacement coordination facility" for refugees. And they want all this to be legally binding as part of the larger anticipated Paris accord.

The U.S. and wealthier nations in the European Union are balking.

The rationale for the additional funds and refugee facility is based on donor country failures to follow through cohesively on aid pledges following weather-related disasters. For example, last March, Cyclone Pam devastated islands in the South Pacific but attention quickly turned to the massive earthquake in Nepal soon thereafter. That left small nations such as Vanuatu, which was devastated, to manage its own cleanup without much in the way of international assistance.

Poorer nations blame extreme weather-related disasters on climate change stemming from emission-polluting countries that have more developed and wealthier economies.

The U.N. Paris conference aims to reach an international, legally biding agreement on climate change that would reduce greenhouse gas emissions and thwart global temperature rise. A separate agreement is being eyed to address losses and damages from extreme weather events, thought to be a result of climate change.

As it stands, the Warsaw Mechanism, adopted in 2013 at the U.N. climate conference in Poland, established a structure to address losses and damages associated with climate change impacts. However that mechanism is due to expire this year when a new climate agreement is reached. Poorer nations who say they are on the front lines of climate change and suffer the worst of its extreme weather ramifications aren't pleased by the expiration. They want loss and damage provisions to be extended and expanded upon.

Reports indicate a compromise will be sought whereby the Warsaw Mechanism is extended, yet carved out from any legally binding agreement.

Meanwhile, environmental groups are lobbying to make reparations even more punitive and require polluting companies in the private sector to step up and also pay for extreme weather-related damages.

Property and casualty losses have been a point of contention for years in climate-change discussions. How to handle refugee claims is a relatively new issue that comes at a time when Europe is facing a separate refugee crisis of its own, with hordes of people seeking asylum from war-torn countries in the Middle East and North Africa. Nine civil wars are raging in countries from Pakistan to Nigeria.

Adding climate refugees to those numbers may be too much for government representatives to take on at the moment. Without question, however, a refugee facility needs to be discussed if not negotiated, as do further compensation measures for poor countries.

The $100 billion-a-year-commitment by 2020 seems like a lot of money, but increasingly it isn't looking like enough funding. With extreme weather events on the rise, so too will be the costs of cleanup and the tolls on people's lives.

San Fran Middle School Cancels Student Elections Because Too Many White People Elected

A student government election at a San Francisco middle school had its results ignored after a principal decided the candidates elected were too white.

Elections were held at Everett Middle School Oct. 10, but on Oct. 14 principal Lena Van Haren sent an email to parents saying the results were being ignored, without being made public, because those elected did not reflect how diverse the school is. While Everett is more than 80 percent non-white, Van Haren said the election results “weren’t representative” of that.

“That is concerning to me because as principal I want to make sure the voices are all heard, from all backgrounds,” Van Haren told local KTVU News.

But at least one of the middle schoolers who ran is calling Van Haren out for her rhetoric.


“The organizers are saying things like, ‘we want everyone’s voice to be heard,’ but in truth, the voters’ voices are not being heard,” seventh grader Sebastian Kaplan told KRON, another local news station. “The whole school voted for those people, so it is not like people rigged the game, but in a way, now it is kinda being rigged.”

Van Haren went on to say that she is considering a variety of fixes to the problem, including appointing several new positions in order to ensure more minorities are represented without kicking out those who actually won the election.

“We’re not nullifying the election, we’re not canceling the election, we’re not saying this didn’t count,” she continued.

According to KTVU, Van Haren wants this to be a “learning experience” for those involved. But at a glance, it’s not clear what the lesson is, beyond telling kids their vote doesn’t fully count if they don’t vote for the right skin colors.

Update, 11:47 p.m.: According to UCLA professor Eugene Volokh, blogging at The Washington Post, Van Haren has partly changed course due to the backlash.

“When we reviewed the results of our Associated Student Body (ASB) elections on Friday, October 9th, we saw that it was not fully representative of our school population,” Van Haren said in a statement. “I made the decision to pause on sharing the results with the students in order to capitalize on a teachable moment. I wanted to have a conversation with all of the candidates and ask for their ideas to make sure that all voices and groups are represented in our ASB. In retrospect, I understand how this decision to pause created concerns. Today I visited classrooms to announce the winners of the elections.”

While Van Haren has announced the election’s winners, it’s not clear whether she still hopes to modify the student government’s make-up to ensure more minorities are present.
