March 28, 2016: Update Tuesday, March 29 7:23 P.M.: Following publication of this story, a USDA spokesperson told the Washington Free Beacon that the goal of the new proposals are meant to ensure high standards in its Child Nutrition Programs.

“To ensure that entities implementing these critical programs continue to meet high standards of program effectiveness and integrity, USDA is proposing a series of program improvements that address only those programs with systemic and significant program violations, such as theft of funds and financial mismanagement, to safeguard the integrity of Child Nutrition Programs and taxpayer dollars,” the spokesperson said.

The federal government is taking steps to fine schools that do not comply with first lady Michelle Obama’s school lunch rules.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food and Nutrition Service issued a proposed rule Monday to codify parts of the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act, which was championed by Mrs. Obama.

The regulation would punish schools and state departments with fines for “egregious or persistent disregard” for the lunch rules that imposed sodium and calorie limits and banned white grains.

A West Virginia preschool teacher was threatened with fines for violating the rules by rewarding her students with candy for good behavior in June 2015. The teacher ultimately did not have to pay, but the school had to develop a “corrective action plan” with training on the policies.

The government now seeks to make fines enforceable by regulation. Section 303 of the law requires that the federal government “establish criteria for the imposition of fines” for all the Department of Agriculture’s child food programs.

“Under section 303, the Secretary or a State agency may establish an assessment against any school food authority or school administering the Child Nutrition Programs if the Secretary or the State agency determines that the school or school food authority failed to correct severe mismanagement of any program, failed to correct repeated violations of program requirements, or disregarded a requirement of which they have been informed,” the proposed rule states.

Not sure if this truly belongs in the Dingbat files or not. There have been many credible witnesses regarding UFO sightings. Were these really UFOs from outer space or simply government red herrings enacted to hide the development of secret weapons systems.

The following is a detailed paper discussing official UFO disclosure efforts from the late 20th Century. The information was obtained from a Freedom of Information Request made in January 2001, releasing almost 1000 pages of official government documents.
 
 Contained below is prima facie evidence that the government has known about the existence of UFOs and extraterrestrials for at least the past 70 years. This data can be used to help awaken more close minded individuals to the reality of extraterrestrial activity on Earth. For those who demand evidence that the phenomenon is real, this paper is an excellent resource.

Laurance Rockefeller made a concerted effort, with various high-level government contacts, to officially release all government documentation related to the UFO phenomenon in the late 1990s. His involvement in the disclosure initiative is perplexing, but it is obvious that he was instrumental in alerting certain government officials — who were not briefed in these areas — that the government had been covering up the UFO issue.

As one example, Jack Gibbons, former Science Advisor to the President, was surprised to learn that the government had been withholding information regarding UFOs from the public. Once Gibbins was made aware care of Rockefeller, he and several other high-level officials began a disclosure effort. Steven Greer was participating in briefings to high-level White House staffers, for the purpose of preparing them to disclose to the public. Much of what Greer discusses in his work is summerized below

But despite the initiative successes, no official disclosure came about. And in mid-2001, several months prior to the infamous September 11th terror attacks, Greer held a National Press Club event with dozens of insiders and whistleblowers in a grassroots disclosure effort. That was a seminal event in the push for official disclosure, and since that time, the body of evidence being added to by insiders has expanded greatly.

Given the Rockefeller family's involvement in secret government criminal syndicate activity, especially related to deep black budget government projects, one wonders if this initiative was part of an early limited or partial disclosure effort.

In this brief excerpt from the below report, we see how intimately Rockefeller was involved:
During this February 1994 meeting Gibbons made a stunning proposal related to Rockefeller’s main request that all UFO information be declassified and released. Rockefeller referred to the Gibbons proposal in a follow up letter.

“We believe that your approach of starting by addressing a specific incident is an important and reasonable way to begin the process of declassification in this area.”[x]

It was an opportunity that Rockefeller’s made the most of. He fully encouraged Gibbons to work to declassify Roswell, the “mother of all UFO cases.” Rockefeller wrote,

"The July 1947 Roswell incident would be a logical and challenging place to start. While much in the public sector has been written about it, the government has had nothing to say about it after the original press release saying that a flying disc had been recovered was retracted. The public record of this incident has been thoroughly analyzed. Further information depends upon access to classified information.

Many are convinced that Roswell marks the beginning of government secrecy about UFOs. However, whatever the truth of Roswell, a definite statement about it from the government would be very important. If it actually was UFO related, it could be used to start the process of reversing the government’s 40 plus years of denial on the subject. If it can fully be explained as not UFO related, it would be a significant contribution to the field, and perhaps even contribute to more rigor in research on the subject.

If this specific project initiative is successful, it will become an important prototype for the release of all UFO information. Obviously, the means of carrying out this event-related review is up to you. However, to the extent we can be helpful, we want to be."[xi]

Rockefeller added, “Scott Jones and his associates are quite current on research accomplished on this subject. I have asked that they be available to assist your investigation in any appropriate way.”v

In addition to “lifting classification about Roswell” Rockefeller asked that President Clinton “grant amnesty on an individual basis to allow those with knowledge of the incident to speak without fear of prosecution.”

Finally, Rockefeller asked that Gibbons “designate a staff person for continuing contact.” In the meantime, and under these circumstances, Rockefeller promised that he would hold off on the letter he was drafting addressed to President Clinton.

This “Clinton draft letter” popped up over and over in the 1,000 pages released by OSTP, from this first reference in 1994 to early 1996 when it appeared the letter might have been sent to the President. It appeared attached to Gibbons letters, in various states of draft. In one draft, discussed later, Gibbons or one of his staff actually made comments in the margin about various ideas expressed in the letter.

Tennessee Rep: Let ISIS Recruit College Students

Speaking on behalf of a bill centered around free speech, a Knoxville-based lawmaker on Wednesday said a terrorist organization should be allowed to recruit on college campuses in Tennessee.

While presenting a billed dubbed the “Tennessee Student Free Speech Protection Act,” Rep. Martin Daniel, R-Knoxville, fielded a question from Rep. John DeBerry Jr., D-Memphis, about whether he believed ISIS should be able to stand in the middle of university campuses and “recruit for ISIS.”

“Yes,” Daniel replied. “So long as it doesn’t disrupt the proceedings on that campus. Yes sir. They can recruit people for any other organization or any other cause. I think it’s just part of being exposed to differing viewpoints.”

Every day, you read something that makes you realize how much truth there is to Donald Trump’s assertion that our lawmakers have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. Daniel was challenged by a Democrat, who said that this wasn’t about protests and free love. “There are young people who are not ready yet – they’re half-baked, half-cooked – who are recruited to work against their own parents, their own nation, and I would be concerned as a parent and as a citizen. Free speech is one thing; being stupid is another.”

Obama: Climate Change Greater Threat Than ISIS

Is Obama the destroyer, or is he in La La Land.
This sums up one(?) of his greatest flaws as a president. He has always blindly, (or deliberately) put his left wing ideology before everything. Even America’s national security comes second.

In a new interview published in The Atlantic magazine, President Obama says he is more worried about climate change than the terrorist group ISIS.

“ISIS is not an existential threat to the United States,” he told Atlantic correspondent Jeffrey Goldberg. “Climate change is a potential existential threat to the entire world if we don’t do something about it.”

Climate change is particularly worrisome, Obama said, because “it is a political problem perfectly designed to repel government intervention. It involves every single country, and it is a comparatively slow-moving emergency, so there is always something seemingly more urgent on the agenda.”

And climate change is probably helping fuel groups like ISIS, he said.

“Right now, across the globe, you’re seeing places that are undergoing severe stress because of globalization, because of the collision of cultures brought about by the Internet and social media, because of scarcities—some of which will be attributable to climate change over the next several decades—because of population growth,” Obama said. “And in those places, the Middle East being Exhibit A, the default position for a lot of folks is to organize tightly in the tribe and to push back or strike out against those who are different.”

Climate change will also likely create new refugee problems as arable land becomes more scarce.

“If you start seeing more severe drought; more significant famine; more displacement from the Indian subcontinent and coastal regions in Africa and Asia; the continuing problems of scarcity, refugees, poverty, disease—this makes every other problem we’ve got worse,” he said. “That’s above and beyond just the existential issues of a planet that starts getting into a bad feedback loop.”

While the Democratic candidates for president have pledged to continue Obama’s legacy fighting climate change, Republican candidates have shown no interest in tackling the problem. Donald Trump recently told radio host Hugh Hewitt that climate change is, “a problem that I don’t think in any major fashion exists,” while Ted Cruz has called climate change “a religion” and “not science.”

Obama continues to press on with initiatives to address climate change; Thursday, he is expected to announce a new pact with Canada to cut methane emissions and protect remote communities and ecologically sensitive marine areas in the Arctic….

Democrats demand government-funded lawyers for illegals

Top Senate Democrats announced legislation Thursday to grant government-funded lawyers to tens of thousands of illegal immigrant children and mothers who surged into the U.S. from Central America over the last few years, opening another front in the thorny immigration battle.

Arguing the Obama administration has been unfair to illegal immigrants by shunting them through a complex legal system without proper attention to their rights, Sen. Harry Reid, the top Democrat in the upper chamber, led colleagues in demanding lawyers and other protections, such as allowing migrants to delay their trials until they get access to their entire government file.

Currently, migrants are able to hire their own lawyers, but the government cannot pay for them.

Though unlikely to advance in the GOP-controlled Congress, the legislation is an important marker for both the presidential campaign and for the ongoing debate over how the U.S. treats the illegal immigrants — and, particularly, the unaccompanied children — that have skyrocketed in recent years.

“Look, deportation means death for some of these people,” Mr. Reid said. “Given the life-and-death consequences of deportation to this region, we must ensure that we are not putting asylum-seeking women and children in harm’s way. We can do this by making sure that these desperate women and children have a lawyer.”

The move by Democrats, including the lone Hispanic Democratic, Sen. Robert Menendez, puts pressure on a White House that has struggled to walk a middle line on immigration, trying to find a lenient policy for those already in the U.S. while still attempting to enforce laws against newcomers.

On Thursday Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson, delivering a “state of homeland security” address, said they’re still trying to manage the tricky situation on the border, which has seen about 300,000 illegal immigrant families and children traveling alone stream into the U.S. over the last two and a half years.

Mr. Johnson had thought he had the problem licked in the summer of 2014, only to see a new, unexpected surge in the last half of 2015. Mr. Johnson said so far in 2016, the numbers are down again, by more than 50 percent compared to December.

Chef Drops Foie Gras From Menu After Vegan Death Threats

A chef in the United Kingdom is backing away from including foie gras on a Valentine’s Day menu after receiving death threats from vegan activists.

The chef at Kings Arms at Fleggburgh opted out of serving the decadent dish during Valentine’s Day dinner this weekend after being subjected to “harassment” by activists who threatened to protest the menu, the Guardian reports. Foie gras is traditionally made by force feeding geese until their liver becomes enlarged.

Mark Dixon, an award winning chef, posted the Valentine’s Day menu on Facebook in January. For 50 pounds per person, diners could indulge in a specialty tasting menu that included vodka cured salmon and grilled halibut. Also on the menu, foie gras and chicken liver parfait which drew the ire of activists. Soon after the menu was posted, the restaurant was reportedly bombarded with phone calls, threats, and fake reservations.

So they won’t eat animals, but they’ll threaten to kill people who do?

Only leftists would think that makes sense.

CIA Releases Thousands of TOP-Secret UFO Files

 Government Denial, yet Investigations Conducted For Decades

Whether or not we believe in UFOs wholeheartedly or remain somewhat skeptical they continue to be a fascinating topic. The issue is not do they exist, they do. The question is are they of earthly  or extraterrestrial origin. 

The CIA just declassified a treasure trove of documents related to the UFO phenomenon, covering official government investigations of not only the U.S. but Germany and possibly other countries, covering investigations going back to the early 20th century. 
I have not reviewed all the documents, but I see that some have a tone that implies UFO's are most likely mass hypnosis and not due to genuine extraterrestrial craft, per one early German report

That being said, the following statement from a CIA publication discussing the UFO phenomenon is quite revealing.

The CIA said:

“We’ve decided to highlight a few documents both skeptics and believers will find interesting.” One report says: “Less than 100 reasonably credible reports remains ‘unexplainable’ at this time. It is recommended that CIA surveillance is continued. “It is strongly urged, however, that no reports of CIA interest or concern reach the press or public." (Emphasis added)I took a moment to emphasize the key points in this quote. Here they are saying at least "100 reasonably credible reports remain ‘unexplainable,'" meaning were are genuine unidentified flying objects, or UFOs, found in the investigation, at least, 100.

It goes on to say, "It is recommended that CIA surveillance is continued," meaning investigation will continue if the recommendation is accepted.

Finally, it says, "It is strongly urged, however, that no reports of CIA interest or concern reach the press or public," meaning that they plan to continue a program of Official Government Denial of the UFO phenomenon, while in secret, continuing to investigate unexplainable sightings.

This policy of official denial yet secretive investigation was in place from at least a time period between 1940 and 1990, according to the below report.

I contend that the emergence of science fiction related content, which seemed to match what was being discovered in secret, according to several whistleblowers, is part of a multifaceted propaganda or obfuscation campaign to manage reality for the masses at a global level. In this way, real aspects of the UFO phenomena could be disclosed to the public in such a way as to hide the information in plain sight. This would abate the public's curiosity while providing government sponsored investigative teams the secrecy they need to continue technology recovery programs which helped propel advancement during the past century, according to some insiders.

Using this technique, the public would be exposed to content that is so similar to real UFOs in movies, TV and fiction, which it would associate unconsciously as fiction. Then an official program of denial and ridicule would lead most people to squash any genuine interest in the phenomenon for fear of social ostracization. And by all accounts, this reality management program has been widely successful.

One of the most glaringly obvious examples of this is the TV show X-Files, which came back on the air for a 10th season, earlier this week. In the first episode, a panoply of paranormal and fringe topics are discussed with dire seriousness, including the notion that the 1947 Roswell UFO crash provided technology to the government which enabled the development of incredibly advanced spacecraft.

Interestingly, in recent years, a number of governmental agencies have come out of the dark and disclosed a number of images and documents which directly imply that our civilization isn’t the only one in the known universe.

According to a report from the Federal Bureau of Investigations, our planet has even been visited by ‘beings’ that belong to another dimension.

The special agent of the FBI, a lieutenant colonel whose identity, remained anonymous because of “national security” gather numerous data on the UFO phenomena after interviewing and studying the phenomena for years.

According to reports and “Declassified” documents, we have been visited by numbers of extraterrestrial species, some of these, are not only from other planets but from other dimensions. Some of these beings originate from an ethereal plane coexistent with our physical universe. These “entities”, which could “materialize” on our planet appeared as giant translucent figures.

It seems that we have entered a new era where governmental agencies simply cannot suppress their studies and ‘classified’ document about Alien Life and the UFO phenomenon.

While we still approach some of these sightings and reports with a degree of skepticism, we have to admit that some of them are anything but ordinary and it will take an open mind to fully understand what the reports of the CIA and FBI are really describing.

One thing is sure, it is very unlikely that we are the only intelligent beings inhabiting the universe. But as the great Carl Sagan once said, “Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence,” and it might just be that these documents are in fact, the extraordinary pieces of evidence we have been waiting for since the first UFO’s in modern times were reported.
