Egad! What is Cuomo thinking?

In the video at the end, he speaks of incompetent government. Ummm, well Andrew, you could use a course in High School Civics if you plan on suing SCOTUS over any ruling they make.
He sounds like he got a degree from Whatsamatta-U.
The entire problem with most lefties is that while they talk about the Constitution, they have no understanding of either it or how it constructed the workings of our American  government. 
Again, where did they go to school?

It’s a plan so ingenious, Cuomo couldn’t wait to announce it.
